🧩 Affiliate Marketing & Lead Generation Plan

🎯 Objective:

To establish a performance-based affiliate program that incentivizes partners to generate qualified leads and secure bookings for our service/product, while maintaining cost-efficiency and performance accountability.

📌 Compensation Structure

1. Lead Generation Payout (RM5/Lead)

• Partners will be paid RM5 per verified lead submitted through their unique tracking link or code.
• Cap per Booking: Lead payouts are capped at RM500 per successful booking made from their leads.
  • Example A: 100 leads, 0 bookings = RM500 payout (cap hit)
  • Example B: 1,000 leads, 4 bookings = RM5,000 in potential lead payout, but actual paid = RM2,000 (RM500 x 4 bookings)

✅ Definition of Qualified Lead: Filled form in Website

2. Booking Introducer Fee (Performance Bonus)

Affiliates will also earn a percentage-based bonus when their leads result in confirmed bookings.

• RM10,000 – RM14,999 booking value: Flat RM200 introducer fee
• RM15,000 – RM24,999 booking value: Flat RM400 introducer fee
• RM25,000 – RM50,000 booking value: Flat RM500 introducer fee
• Above RM50,000:
  • Introducer fee increases to 1% of the total booking value, capped at RM1,000

✅ Definition of Booking: A finalized and paid booking (not just a quote or pending invoice). Must be trackable to the affiliate.

📌 Cap Enforcement: Introducer fees are capped at RM1,000 per booking regardless of total value.
